Where are you located?

SmartMill operates from our California facility, serving dental labs and clinics across the U.S.

Are your products made in the USA?

Yes, all milling and finishing are performed in-house at our U.S. facility.

Getting Started

How do I get started?

Simply create an account, upload your STL files, and select your product. Instant pricing and online payment are available.

Who can use this site?

SmartMill is designed for dental labs, clinicians, and authorized technicians.

Do you offer a Net 30 option?

Currently we support credit-card payments and PayPal. Net 30 terms may be available for verified lab partners.

Cut-off Time

What is your cut-off time?

Orders received before 2 PM PST enter same-day processing.

What does the cut-off time apply to?

Applies to verified orders with valid STL uploads and confirmed payment.

Can I extend the cut-off time?

Rush service is available for an additional fee; it automatically updates the turnaround.

Submitting Orders

Can I upload CAD-ready STL files?

Yes. We accept upper/lower arches, bite, and Rx/notes in STL, PDF, or JPG formats.

Do you accept model work or impressions?

No physical impressions are accepted – SmartMill is a fully digital workflow.

Can I order a custom abutment and a crown together?

Yes, simply select both items within one case and upload the corresponding files.

Do you accept intra-oral scans from portals?

We accept exported STL files from any intra-oral scanner (3Shape, Medit, iTero, etc.).

Do you offer porcelain layering or design-only services?

At this time we provide milling and finishing only. Design-only service is under development.

Can I bulk-upload CAD files for multiple cases?

Yes, our upload form supports up to 10 files per order.

Tracking Cases

Where can I find my tracking number?

You’ll receive an email notification with UPS or FedEx tracking once your case ships.

My Account

Can I download my invoices?

Yes, all completed orders include downloadable invoices in your account dashboard.

Can I update my shipping address?

You can modify it before checkout or update it anytime in your account settings.

Shipping

Do you provide shipping labels?

We can generate UPS/FedEx labels for your convenience or use your own account.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, SmartMill serves U.S.-based clients only.

Remake & Refund Policy

What if my restoration doesn’t fit?

If the issue is due to a production error, SmartMill will remake the case at no charge.

How do I request a remake?

Submit photos or STL verification through the support form within 7 days of delivery.
